I love both R Madhavan and Ajay Devgan's acting. But I have enjoyed their acting in other movies and not this one. From now on, in trailer if I see any horror movie being shot is a faraway house in woods, I am never going to watch it(not at least in cinema halls), to waste my money. R Madhavan looks so out of place in this movie. He had tried but looked more like a Pysco and not like a Shaitan. Ajay Devgan looked dull and disinterested. Jyothika as we all know, is there to do PAN India justice here. 5 minutes story stretched into 2hr 20minutes. Omg. Such a boring and irritating uneccesary movie. Wasted more money in popcorn so that I can't tolerate the movie. I have enjoyed Pari and Stree much more in the Cinema Halls. But this one... 😭

"The Nun 2" proved to be a lackluster sequel that failed to captivate its audience. From a sluggish plot to uninspired character development, the film left much to be desired. The pacing was notably slow, often leaving viewers disengaged and yearning for more substance. The storyline lacked originality and felt like a rehash of familiar horror tropes, failing to bring anything fresh to the genre. The scares were predictable and failed to elicit the intended fright. Additionally, the film's attempts at building suspense were often drawn out, leaving the audience feeling restless rather than on the edge of their seats. Character motivations and interactions were shallow, making it difficult to invest in their fates. The performances, though competent, were hindered by the lack of depth in the script. Even the visual elements, typically a strong suit in horror films, failed to salvage the experience, as the cinematography and special effects lacked innovation.

Now a days, there is a fine line between horror and comedy. And Evil Dead Rise, falls on the wrong side of that line. Yes, I did not get bored, thats for sure. I laughed like crazy along with all other group of people who were equally going crazy laughing hysterically. The movie was indeed funny. Even the jump scares were not quite jumpy. The last Evil Dead movie still had some elements of horror to it. But this one is absolutely ridiculous. They should recall the movie if possible(which I know is not possible).
