I was a big fan of David F. Sandberg before watching this movie. The way he directed lights out and his other shorts had a sense of urgency in the story that always made people sit on the edge of their seats. This movie is not that at all. In fact, you'll get bored watching this movie. It feels like the character of Billy and Zachary Levi are two very different and distinct characters. The story drags on without a proper villain that only shows up in the final act of the movie. The Comedic moments are good but aren't enough to stop you from getting bored.

When I played the Last of us on my PlayStation I was sure that no other adaptation could ever get so deep into the story as presented in the game, but I was wrong. The Last of us is one of the best series of all time. Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey have done their best to inculcate the character of Joel and Ellie. The acting, the story, the screenplay and the extra details(Story of Billy 😭) makes this series a must watch.
